JourneyDance™ is a  dynamic movement practice  that combines freestyle and guided dance forms to inspire you to get out of your mind and into your body. The JourneyDance™ flow leads participants on a playful exploration of physical and emotional transformation. Through breath, sweat, and expression, you gain a palpable experience of yourself as pure powerful energy.

In JourneyDance™, we dance without mirrors to release judgement of ourselves and others. JourneyDance™ is not about learning steps or choreography, it’s about playfully exploring, revealing, and re-discovering your instinctual movement. We activate imagination and utilize diverse forms of freestyle improvisational dance, yoga, ritual, and theater, to a soundtrack of inspiring diverse music, allowing for  a celebration of the human spirit.

No Experience Needed - Come Move, De-stress, and Re-charge online from the safety of your own space! Wear comfortable clothing, layers can be nice.

Optional Items to have on hand: 

A favorite piece of fabric or scarf, or shirt to move with, water, and a journal for after if you'd like to record any thoughts, feelings, or widsoms.
