I am super passionate about brining Wellness & Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in schools and communities through the use of expressive arts, play, and heart-centered mindfulness skills.

I LOVE working with schools and districts as a visiting Teaching Artist/Performer and SEL Skills Coach. I have a variety of performances, workshops, small group coaching sessions, professional development, and short-term project-based residencies that can be adapted for PreK - 12 students and staff.

I am also working with this amazing company ROBIN, that specializes supporting schools with federally funded, high quality, and evidenced based SEL programming! I am currently one of their arts-based mental health coaches, content creators, and curriculum consultants.
